Information Technology (IT) Department

The Information Technology (IT) Department manages, maintains, and secures an organization's digital infrastructure, software systems, network operations, and data security.

Core Responsibilities

1.Infrastructure & Network Management: Maintaining local networks, servers, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), routers, and hardware integrity.

2.Cybersecurity & Compliance: Safeguarding digital assets through firewalls, encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and threat monitoring.

3.Data Backup & Disaster Recovery: Running automated data backups, managing storage, and creating business continuity plans for system outages.

4.Technical Support (Help Desk): Providing tier 1–3 technical assistance, hardware deployment, software installation, and user access management.
